HOQU is a decentralized affiliate platform combining the performance-marketing model with blockchain technology. The aim of the project is to create a decentralized ecosystem, which will be used to build CPA services, ranging from affiliate programs to affiliate networks and related products. The HOQU roadmap outlines the project’s planned cycle of development and the company retains the right to adjust any stage or timeline to reflect any necessary changes.
To adequately transform the development roadmap into a working plan, the HOQU team has clarified the technical and programming requirements to reflect viable timeframes. By November, 2017, the team will have developed the first working model prototype of the smart contract to be used on the HOQU platform. With it, the decentralized affiliate application will have entered into its final tuning stage as a working app.

By January, 2018, the HOQU team will have developed the smart contracts necessary to accommodate all types of payment for the platform users. The smart contracts will act as the instruments necessary for smooth transaction operation and fulfillment of party obligations.

The February, 2018, launch of the Trackers by payment service signifies the start of a the next stage of the HOQU platform’s transition into an applicable service. The Tracking service shall track various types of leads and display all relevant information on their parameters.
Release of the decentralized affiliate/advertiser application;

In March, 2018, the HOQU team will have released the final version of the application to be used by advertisers and affiliates. The application will contain all the necessary user interface and user page options that will allow all involved to interact on an affiliate/advertiser basis.

September, 2018, will be a hallmark date for HOQU as it launches the first affiliate network on the fully functional decentralized HOQU platform. This network already operates in the real world and will have a control center responsible for its proper functioning and administration.

The key elements of the appeal center operator and administrator centers shall be released in October, 2018, thus marking another step in the groundbreaking project’s move to streamlined operation and catering to all platform users. The decentralized application shall act as a critical element of the platform’s functioning, ensuring that all users can transmit their appeals and have them answered. This feature will also include control and administration of all platform parameters, which regulate the interaction among participants within the ecosystem on the basis of a legal framework. For instance, the appeal center will regulate the registration of appeals and identification centers, their purpose and many other functions.

February, 2019, shall witness the released on the decentralized platform mobile application — a function critical to ensuring HOQU’s competitive advantage and value-added offer. The mobile application will allow immediate access via mobile devices to all users, displaying vital information from their pages in convenient formats, thus further underscoring the added efficiency that HOQU offers its clients.
Developer Toolkit (SDK);

The SDK that will launched in March, 2019, is a compilation of functions enabling work with the HOQU platform. The SDK will enable development of customers’ own affiliate networks or other services based on data from HOQU blockchain. The Toolkit will include API for the blockchain as well.
